Performs administrative report for all departments, as well as front desk activities. All administrative duties are rotated with one other Administrative Assistant -- Office Services position. Cross-training is required on all activities. Reports directly to the Director of H.R./Office Services.

Education and/or Experience --
Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college and two (2) years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills and Other Capabilities --
Must always answer phones promptly and with a "smile" in your voice, possess excellent communication skills and be able to remain calm under pressure. Strong interpersonal skills necessary to successfully interact with customers, callers, visitors and co-workers.
Comfortable with technology and proficient in various software applications, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel). Scanning and mail machine experience helpful.
Previous administrative assistant experience preferred. Insurance company experience helpful.
Must arrive promptly for work, be organized and accurate and have above-average multi-tasking skills.
