SUMMARY

Accomplishes all front desk activities, provides general office services support, and provides administrative support to the Director of H.R./Office Services by performing the following duties:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following and any other duties as assigned by the supervisor:

  • Receptionist -- answers incoming calls, greet visitors and vendors, forwards incoming faxes.
  • Office Services -- performs morning and evening tasks to open/close office, key operator for multi-purpose copiers, supply inventory and ordering, coordinates printer maintenance, prepares check requests, schedules overnight carrier pickup, opens and distributes incoming mail, process outgoing mail and monitors postage accounts, scans documents in to company document management system, responds to credentialing requests.

Education and/or Experience --

Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college and two (2) years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills and Other Capabilities --

Must possess excellent communication skills and be able to remain calm under pressure.  Strong interpersonal skills necessary to successfully interact with customers, callers, visitors and co-workers.

Proficiency in personal computers, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel). Scanning and mail machine experience preferred.

Must be organized.
